I dont know if you remember, but I had a cousin that was killed back in the fall. Now I had not seen this cousin nor his brother or mother in years. I mean YEARS - like 10+. I have been keeping contact with the other cousin since the accident - just talking over the phone, but never any eye to eye contact. I have invited him over to the house many times including Christmas - to which none of the times has come over. Well today I get a phone call from him asking to borrow $100. 
He said they were on their way to his house (the electric company) to turn off his power, his unemployment doesnt start until tomorrow and the electric company will not wait until.
I told him I couldnt do it b.c honestly I just paid a $100 bill for my Mom this morning, plus we are going out of town this week. He kept saying he would pay be back tomorrow by such and such time, but I told him I couldnt.
Should I feel bad? I think if I saw him all the time and was in contact more than what we are I probably would have done it. But just to pick up the phone and ask for $100 like its only $20??
